Psychotherapy utilizing EMDR, DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy and other evidence-based modalities As a licensed mental health professional since 2008, I offer mental health counseling and psychotherapy in a private, calming and comfortable setting. It is important to me that I support my clients to meet their own personal mental health goals and also provide needed validation when they are suffering. I utilize a person-centered, strength-based and variety of other approaches, empowering and encouraging people with no judgment.
My specialty area is working with middle adolescents, older adolescents, emerging adults, and young adults with anxiety and/or depressive disorders or concerns, a trauma or loss history or any other behavioral or emotional concerns. I enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. My mission is to help one find contentment, inner peace and support through life's adversity. I appreciate the honor and privilege of accompanying those on their journey to better their life! Please note that appointments are available Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. I have limited evening availability and no weekend availability. I accept most insurances along with Self or Private pay. I am available online or in-person in New York State and online in South Carolina.
