As a licensed mental health professional since 2008, I offer mental health counseling/psychotherapy in a private, calming and comfortable setting. It is important to me that I help my clients meet their own personal health/mental health goals and support them when they are suffering. I utilize a person-centered, strength-based and variety of other approaches, empowering and encouraging people with no judgment. My specialty area is working with older adolescents and emerging/young adult women (approximately ages 16-35) with anxiety, depression and a trauma or loss history or any behavioral or emotional concerns. I enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. My mission is to help you find contentment, inner peace and support you on your journey.
